These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DCCS Cleaning Solutions website and the cleaning services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

DCCS Cleaning Solutions provides domestic and commercial cleaning services across Portsmouth, Hampshire and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius. Services include end of tenancy cleaning, commercial cleaning, domestic cleaning, carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, window cleaning, deep cleaning, and more.

Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from what was described at the time of quoting.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for recurring service agreements.

Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing (including email or text message).
  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred dates and times, but cannot guarantee specific time slots.

Access & Keys

You must ensure we have adequate access to the property at the agreed time. If keys are provided, they will be kept securely and returned upon completion of the service. We accept no liability for keys lost due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
  • We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
  • For recurring contracts, invoices are issued on agreed billing cycles and payment is due within 14 days.

Liability & Insurance

DCCS Cleaning Solutions is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during a clean, please notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate and, where we are at fault, arrange repair or compensation. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided or the reasonable cost of repair/replacement, whichever is lower.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge.
